One-to-one support gives you practical advice and guidance around an area of your choosing. For example you may have issues with coming out if you are gay, lesbian or bisexual or issues related to HIV. One-to-ones can be a place to provide emotional support as well as practical advice. For more in-depth emotional issues we have a counselling service that you can be referred to upon request.
