We are once again celebrating LGBT History Month in Cheshire with an even bigger and better programme of events with our partners at Crewe Lyceum Theatre and Weaver Hall Museum in Northwich.

LGBT History Month reflects the lives of LGBT+ people in Cheshire and highlights those people from across the world that have influenced them and many others by breaking barriers and furthering the cause of equality.

We have exhibitions featuring icons and landark historic cases, film showings, workshops, social groups and a number of live shows, concerts and play readings.

This year also marks the launch of 'A Quilt for Cheshire', a project to create a quilt commemorating significant landmarks in Cheshire LGBT history. Workshops will be available for anyone who wished to contribute.

The highlight of the programme at Crewe Lyceum is a concert by O'Hooley and Tidow on their 'Gentleman Jack' tour. The Yorkshire folk duo have achieved new found fame after their song was used as the BBC1/HBO drama Gentleman Jack, starring Suranne Jones.
